睑缘切口上睑松垂矫正术应用探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨中老年上睑松垂的治疗方法，以达到符合中老年人的生理、心理及美学要求的效果。方法：在距睑缘2～3mm处切开皮肤眼轮匝肌，切除上睑松垂而多余的皮肤，同时矫正肿眼泡、泪腺脱垂、倒睫等并发症，分层缝合眼轮匝肌和皮肤。结果：术后48例患者均取得满意疗效，术后7～14d基本恢复自然，眼睑下缘自然流畅，双眼基本对称，“三角眼”畸形消失，视野恢复良好。结论：睑缘切口上睑松垂矫正术是治疗中老年上睑松垂有效而简单的手术方法。Objective To investigate the therapy of middleaged and aged upper eyelid laxity which can meet their requirements of physiology and aesthetics. Methods Between the line of 2 to 3 mm above the eyelid margin,cut off the eyelid skin and the orbicularis oculi muscle,remove the excess skin,finally suture the skin and the orbicularis oculi muscle respectly. Results After the surgery,48 patients were satisfied with the surgery,after 4 to 7 days,the fold has returned normality.The edge of the eyelids appear fluency,the double eyelids are probably symmetry,the triangle eye deformity disappeared,the field of vision returned normally. Conclusion The operation of upper laxity with incision in eyelids margin position is a simple and effective method which can treat the middleaged and aged upper eyelid laxity.
