中药倒膜联合冷喷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的:评价中药倒膜联合离子喷雾仪冷喷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将入选的130例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。所有患者均口服盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊并外用维生素E乳膏,治疗组还予外用离子喷雾仪冷喷和中药倒膜治疗,治疗8周后判定临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率69.23%,对照组23.08%,疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均无明显不良反应。结论:中药倒膜联合冷喷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效好,安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine mask and cold spray in the treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis. Methods Total 130 facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups.Both of the two groups were applied Epinastine 10mg once daily and Vitamin E cream twice daily.At the same time, the treatment group were guided traditional Chinese medicine mask coordination with cold spray.The efficacy was evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 69.23%,significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Patients were followed up for 2 months,they were well-tolerated and had no obvious adverse reaction and recurrence in the treatment group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine mask combined with cold spray is an effective and safe method in treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.
