四手配合护理操作在牙齿冷光美白治疗中的应用评价

摘　　要：目的：对比分析在冷光美白治疗过程中四手操作和医生独立操作对疗效的影响。方法：将186名20～45岁的牙齿颜色异常患者随机分为四手操作组和医生独立操作组进行冷光美白治疗，术后采用第三方评价的方法进行疗效和护理满意度调查，进行相关统计学分析。结果：四手操作组护理满意度明显高于独立操作组，两组间存在显著统计学差异。结论：四手操作技术可以提高冷光美白治疗的工作效率，从而提高疗效，增加患者的满意度。Objective To compare the curative effect between the four-handed technique and independent operate during cold light tooth whitening technique. Methods 186 cases of 20-45 years old adults who need cold light tooth whitening therapy were divided into four-handed technique group and independent operating group randomly.The curative effect and nursing satisfaction were evaluated by the third-party and statistically analyzed after the therapy. Results The nursing satisfaction of fourhanded technique was apparently higher than the independent operating group. There were significant statistical differences between the two groups. Conclusions The four-handed technique will be helpful with improving the work efficiency and curative effect of the cold light tooth whitening technique.
