摘　　要：目的：探讨LPG物理治疗仪治疗增生性瘢痕的临床效果。方法：选取甘肃省人民医院2014年5月-2015年5月收治的诊断为瘢痕增生患者78例。其中男性46例,女性32例;年龄2~42岁,平均（14.21±10.74）岁。瘢痕增生病程为6个月~5年。采用LPG物理治疗仪,根据瘢痕的大小及位置选取合适的探头,较大部位采取大探头,较小部位如眼周,选择小探头;压力按照压力梯度递增,至患者可耐受即可。治疗周期为1个月,1次/d,10~15min/次。分别记录患者治疗前后瘢痕的色泽、厚度、血管化状态、柔软度情况。采用温哥华烧伤瘢痕评定量表（Vancouver scarscale,VSS）进行量化比较。截止2015年5月,治疗后随访,均未出现明显瘢痕增生,其中最长随访时间为8个月,患者为12名。结果：治疗后78名患者瘢痕瘙痒症状均有不同程度的缓解,通过VSS量表分析治疗前与治疗后两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,且患者对于治疗结果均满意。结论：LPG可以有效地治疗创伤后增生性瘢痕,其采取负压抽吸的作用,软化瘢痕,促进瘢痕内胶原合成。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of LPG physical therapy for the treatment of the hyperplastic scar. Methods Selected 78 patients which had been diagnosed with hyperplastic scar in Gansu Provincial Hospital from May.2014 to May.2015.There were 46 males,32 females;age 2-42 years old, average（14.21±10.74）years old.Scar hyperplasia course for half a year to 5 years.Using LPG physical therapy instrument, according to the size and the position of scars to select a appropriate head,the position which is larger will take a large head,small parts such as the eye,will choose a small head;Pressure according to the pressure gradient increased,untill the patient can tolerate.The treatment period are 1 months,1 times/d,10-15h/times.Recorded those before and after treatments datum in patients with scar color, thickness,vascular status, soft degree.Using the Vancouver scarscale VSS to quantify and compare.As of 2015 May,follow-up the treatment,there were no obvious scar hyperplasia,the longest follow-up time was 8 months,12 patients. Results 78 patients scars itch symptoms relieved in different degree after treatments,through the analysis of VSS scale before and after treatment of the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.And all the patients are satisfactory for the treatment results. Conclusion LPG can effectively treat hyperplastic scar,which take the negative pressure suction effect,to soften the scar,promote the synthesis of collagen in the scar.
