摘 要:光固化快速成型技术已成为国内外公认为发展最早且最迅速的成型方法,但采用此方法成型出的零件精度一直不高,困扰着光固化快速成型制造业,限制了此技术的实际应用和推广。针对成型精度不高的问题,提出采用精度补偿策略进行实验研究方法,对影响光固化精度的不同因素做了分析与探讨,同时进行了相关的试验与理论计算,并对试验中出现的尺寸误差分析了其产生的原因,总结了相应的规律,这将对后期技术的改进及深入研究提供理论依据。Stereolithography technology has become a well-recognized as the development of the earliest and the most rapid molding method, but this method has been formed out of part accuracy is not high, plagued by stereolithography manufacturing, limits the practical application and promotion of this technology. In this paper, the problem of high precision molding, precision compensation strategy proposes the use of experimental methods, different factors affecting the accuracy of light-cured to do the analysis and discussion, at the same time carried out the relevant tests and theoretical calculations, and the size of the test appears error analysis of its causes, summarized the relevant law, which will improve and in-depth study of the late technology provide a theoretical basis.
