摘 要:介绍了打包机改进设计的一种二次压紧成型打包法,针对絮状、颗粒状等棉纤产品进行两次压紧成包,其中第一次压紧的质量为包总重量的60%。为实现二次压紧成型打包法,对自动落料进料机构、贯通式单料箱、压缩装置、卸包装置、电气系统、称重装置和液压系统进行改进设计,有效解决了打包机体积大、打包过程时间长、风送系统能耗高噪声大、设备投资大、效率低、污染重等问题,提高了同体积包的重量及打包效率,降低运输及设备投资成本、降低打包能源消耗,实现了全自动的打包工作。This paper describes an improved design of strapping the two compression molding packaging method, twice for flocculent, granular products such as cotton fiber pressed into bales, which pressed for the first time the quality of the total package weight of 60%.
