摘 要:为了分析放电过程中微流注之间、微辉光之间的相互作用,采用配有微距镜头的CCD高速相机,对1mm间隙的针-板介质阻挡放电中的放电影像进行了采集。对放电影像的分析结果表明,当为单针-板DBD结构时,由于介质表面沉积电荷的影响,产生反向电场,微流注放电通道围绕沉积电荷高速游动,肉眼观察时则呈现出具有一个圆形底盘的锥形的放电形态。当为双针-板DBD结构时,两放电通道表现为相互排斥作用。当为三针-板DBD结构时,中间的微流注发光很弱,两侧的微流注仍然出现分别向左右弯曲或者偏移的现象,表现出相互排斥的现象。To analyze the interaction between micro streamers and micro glows in dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) at atmospheric pressure, we used a CCD high-speed camera with a macro lens to collect images of the DBD of lmm-long needle-to-planegaps and then analyzed the results.The results show that, in a needle-to-plane DBD structure with one needle, a reverse electric field can be generated by the deposited charges on the dielectric surface, and the micro discharge channel floats at a high speed around the deposited charges, which appears to be a discharge in conical form with circular chassis to bare eyes.When there are two needles in the needle-to-plane DBD structure, the two discharge channels show mutual repulsion. As for the needle-to-plane DBD structure with three needles, the middle micro streamers emit weak light and the micro streamers on the outer sides still emerge outward bending or shifting,which indicates mutually repulsion.
