摘 要:绝缘子污闪过程与不溶污秽物的浸润性直接相关,研究不溶污秽物的浸润性具有重要意义。为此对几种典型不溶污秽物对水和硅油的浸润性开展了试验研究,得到了各物质的浸润速率,并分别就亲水性表面污秽物对闪络电压的影响和憎水性表面憎水迁移性与浸润性关系进行了分析。研究发现:浸润性是不溶污秽物的物化特性与浸润液特性竞争的结果,亲水性表面污闪电压与不溶污秽物浸润性关系还没有明确的对应关系,憎水性表面憎水性的迁移速率快慢趋势与污秽物浸润速率完全一致,浸润性与憎水性表面污闪电压具有明确对应关系。试验结果从侧面证明了轻重量分子(LMW)迁移理论的正确性。The flashover process of polluted insulators is severely affected by the wettability of insoluble contaminants, and the study on wettability of insoluble contaminants, would be of great significance. The wettability of several typical insoluble contaminants to water and silicone oil were tested and the wetting rates were obtained. The relation between wettability and the effect of insoluble contaminants on pollution flashover voltage for a hydrophilic surface, and that be- tween wettability and the migration of hydrophobicity on a hydrophobic surface were studied. It is found that wettability of insoluble contaminants is the result of the competition of physicochemical characteristics of contaminants and soaking solution. The relation between pollution flashover voltage on a hydrophilic surface and wettability is not clear and is an ongoing topic of research. The tendency of hydrophobicity transference on a hydrophobic surface and wettability seems to be identical, and it shows the explicit relationship between wettability and pollution flashover voltage on a hydrophobic surface, and the low molecular weight (LMW) theory is verified indirectly.
