摘  要:煤炭开采运输对钢丝绳强度及寿命要求极高,其性能是保障安全提升的必要条件。导向轮系是钢丝绳探伤仪的重要核心部件,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对其碰撞过程进行动态分析,简化了分析过程中的复杂计算,得出了准确的计算结果;对导向轮系结构不合理之处进行了优化设计,并通过试验验证了钢丝绳子探伤仪结构的合理性,提高了设备工作寿命及安全性能。The strength and lifespan of the steel rope is highly required during coal mining and transportation, its performance is the necessity to guarantee the safety hoisting. The guiding wheel system is the key part of the steel rope flaw detector. ANSYS/1S-DYNA was applied to conduct dynamic analysis on the collision process, and after simplification of calculation during analysis process, accurate calculation results were obtained. Unreasonable structure of the guiding wheel system was optimized, reasonable structure of the steel rope flaw detector was verified, thus the lifespan and safety performance of facilities were enhanced.
