摘 要:研究了外源脯氨酸对盐胁迫下大麦叶片Rubisco酶活性的影响。结果表明,在盐胁迫条件下,添加外源脯氨酸可以延缓Rubisco羧化酶活性的降低及加氧酶活性的上升;添加外源脯氨酸可以缓解类囊体膜上核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶的富集,并提高幼苗叶片中超氧化物歧化酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶等抗氧化酶类的活性。综合以上分析,脯氨酸能减缓Rubisco羧化酶/加氧酶活性的降低或上升,以及减少Rubisco在类囊体膜上的积累,对盐胁迫下的大麦提供有效的保护作用。This paper studied the effect of exogenous proline on rubisco activity in barley leaves during salinity stress. The results show that exogenous supply of proline alleviated both the salinity-induced reduction of carboxylase activity and the increase of oxygenase activity of rubisco (ribulose- 1,5 -bi- sphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase). Supplemental proline was also effective in reducing the accumula- tion of rubisco in the thylakoid membrane, and in stimulating the activities of superoxide dismutase, ascorbate peroxidase and catalase in the seedling leaf. On this basis, it is concluded that proline could alleviate the reduction or increase in activity of rubisco (ribulose- 1,5 -bisphosphate carboxylase/ox- ygenase), reduce the accumulation of rubisco in the thylakoid membrane, and protect barley seedlings from oxidative damage caused by salinity stress.
