摘  要:以河南省粮食核心区主体范围内的平原乡镇为研究区域,以行政村为调查和评价单元,探索耕地细碎化定量状况。利用遥感影像、土地利用数据库与实地校核获取研究区域耕地图斑数据,采用层次分析法,选取户均地块数、块均耕地面积、地块密度、景观形状指数、分离度、分维数、土地利用程度、潜在农业人口转移指数8个评价指标构建乡镇尺度的耕地细碎化定量评价体系,进行耕地细碎化量化评价。结果表明:研究区域的耕地细碎化指数CLFI(Cultivated land fragmentation index)为0.769 9,为Ⅲ级,中度细碎化;各行政村耕地细碎化指数CLFI范围在0.689 1~0.980 1,主要分布在0.7~0.8,细碎化等级多属于Ⅲ级,中度细碎化;随着距离乡镇政府所在地白寺村的增加,耕地细碎化指数CLFI逐渐增高,耕地细碎化级别与程度降低;其原因主要是耕地的稀缺性和人口的不断增长,沟渠、道路对耕地的分割,家庭联产承包责任制以及区域经济的发展等。商水县白寺镇耕地细碎化指数CLFI为0.769 9,产权制度下的户均地块数和块均耕地面积对白寺镇耕地细碎化程度的影响较大,户均地块数、地块密度和景观形状指数在总体上限制了CLFI的提高。This paper conducted research on quantitative fragmentation evaluation of cultivated land in plain grain-production core region, which located in Baisi town, Shangshui county, Henan province. The CLFI evaluation system was probably convenient and effective to evaluate township-level of grainproduction core region in plain, and provide scientific theory supporting for the regional land consolida- tion in future. The cultivated land fragmentation evaluation index system was constructed to quantita- tively measure the fragmentation degree of cultivated land. This evaluation index system combined fea- tures with eight properties based on property rights, landscape and social economic element. These eight evaluation indicators were: the plot amount per household, the cultivated land area per block, plots density, landscape shape index, separation, fractal dimension, the degree of land use, and the transfer index of potential agricultural population. Based on interpretation image and field validation by means of the ArcGIS and Fragstats software to calculate indicators of the status quo value and determine the ideal value, combined with the adjusted AHP method to calculate the index weight, evaluate the CLFI(Cultivated land fragmentation index)preliminarily, and to divide fragmentation degree level grade of cultivated land. According to the requirements of arable land for agriculture mechanization and the research stage process result, the CLFI 0.6 as the floor level of cultivated land fragmentation. Five fragmentation ranks were divided to express the fragmentation extents with isometric classification meth- od above 0.6 in accordance with CLFI value, which were very severe fragmentation, severe fragmenta- tion, moderate fragmentation, mild fragmentation and minor fragmentation. The result showed that the CLFI of town was 0. 769 9, the fragmentation grade was 11I, moderate fragmentation; and the CLFI range of villages from 0. 689 1 to 0. 980 1, mainly distributed in 0.7 - 0.8, mostly belonging to grade 11I , mod
