摘  要:针对可燃或有毒气体在生产、储存、灌充或使用环境中发生泄漏的问题,设计了一种以单片机STC15F2K60S2为核心处理器,利用MODBUS和RS-485布网方式组成监控网络,实现对多个RBT-6000-FX型气体探测器浓度信号采集和处理的气体监测系统;本系统采用MODBUS通信协议设计单片机与气体探测器之间的数据通信,通过RS-485总线实现对多个气体探测器的实时监测;系统工作中若某位置的探测器检测到该处气体发生泄漏,则在单片机查询各处探测器状态时,该处返回报警,单片机确认是报警信号后,启动现场声光报警器,同时控制无线通信模块SIM900A向SIM卡中的联系人发送短信,通知相关负责人,及时检修;实际应用表明:该系统智能化程度高、可靠性好、成本低。The paper designed a gas monitoring system that used STC15F2K60S2 MCU as the core processor and consisted of monitoring net with MODBUS/RS-485 to collect and process the concentration signal of RBT-6000-FX gas detectors,used for the environment of production,storage,pump or use of flammable or toxic gas.This system adopted MODBUS communication protocol design the data communication between MCU and gas detectors,and passed RS-485 bus to realize multi-position real-time monitoring of gas detectors.If the detector at some position tests gas leakage,the alarm signal will be sounded here when MCU tracks the status of detectors.MCU confirms it,then starts the acousto-optic alarm at the scene and controls the wireless communication module SIMg00A to send text messages to the contacts in SIM card,notifying the relevant to maintenance timely.The practical application shows that the system has high intelligent degree,good reliability and low cost.
