摘  要:针对现有智能电网中处理单一数据流的局限性和不完善的安全性问题,提出利用软件定义网络(software defined network,SDN)控制基于IEC61850的智能电网系统;实现了OpenFlow、sFlow和OF-Config协议,可根据网络状态和自身需求确定不同数据流类型;基于IEC 61850变电站网络管理和控制的商业软件通常必须是专有系统,通过标准解决方案实现了通用性;首先,给出SDN框架下的数据层解耦控制和管理(C&M);然后,参考CEN–CENELEC–ETSI智能电网协调小组,介绍所提系统的功能与应用;最后,在Mininet网络模拟器上实现并验证系统性能,实验结果表明,所提系统在流量控制检测、DOS攻击检测和负载均衡检测方面均有突出表现。As the limitation of single stream processing and imperfections of security in the existing smart grid,a system under software-define networking (SDN) framework that is used to efficiently handle IEC61850 based grid systems is proposed.The system implements OpenFlow,sFlow and OF Config protocol,and its main advantage is that it can identify types of date stream according to the network status and their needs.In addition,IEC 61850 based substation network management and control of the business must be proprietary system software,which enables versatility by standard solution.Firstly,the data layer decoupling control and management (C&M) is given.Then,CEN-CENELEC-ETSI Smart Grid Coordination Group is referenced,and the functions and applications of the new system are introduced.Finally,the system is implemented on the Mininet network simulator and the performance is tested.Experimental results show that proposed system has outstanding performance on the flow control testing,DOS attack detection and load balancing.
