摘　　要：设计了一种可以同时采集压力、振动、温度、噪声的多变量变送器.为了使4种传感器输出的电压信号便于长距离,低损耗的传输,将电压信号线性的转换为工业标准的4～20 mA模拟信号传输;为了解决多变量变送器普遍存在的多种信号间互相串扰的问题,采用了模块化的设计思想;实验表明,此多变量变送器对压力信号的转换误差低于0.1％,振动信号的转换误差低于1％,噪声信号的转换误差低于0.2％,温度信号的转换误差低于0.4％;并且结构简单,可靠性高,具有很强的实用性和通用性.Multi variable transmitter aims at sampling pressure,vibration,temperature,noise.In order to make the voltage signal of the 4 sensor output for long distance,low loss transmission,converting the linear voltage signal to the industry standard 4～20 mA analog signal transmission.In order to solve a variety of signals are of universal multi variable transmitter mutual crosstalk,the modularization idea is adopted.Experiments show that,the multi variable transmitter converts the pressure signal error is less than 0.1％,the conversion of the vibration signal error is less than 1 ％,the conversion of noise signal error is less than 0.2 ％,conversion of temperature signal error is less than 0.4％.And has the advantages of simple structure,high reliability,strong practicability and universality.
