摘　　要："一带一路"作为重要的国家战略,极大地影响着中国产业发展和演化。随着我国经济结构调整力度加大,传统煤炭行业面临着战略转型。在从生态约束、安全能级、行业效益、产能过剩等方面阐释煤炭行业转型发展必要性的基础上,科学研判"一带一路"战略带来的新形势变化,研究提出新时期我国煤炭行业向市场国际化、企业规模化、技术现代化等方向调整的转型思路。＂One belt and one road＂ as an important national strategy would highly influence the development and evolution of China industry. With China economic structure adjustment intensity increased, the traditional coal industry was faced by the strategy transformation.
