“一带一路”战略下黑龙江省资源型城市转型研究

摘　　要：在"一带一路"开发建设背景下,分析了黑龙江省实施"一带一路"的战略定位,并提出重点在通道和口岸基础设施建设、铁路集装箱中心等物流集散基地建设、金融服务平台建设等6个方面加快推进。认为,在当前的"一带一路"大背景下,对资源型城市的要求就是快转型、转好型,以实现资源型城市的可持续发展。Under the background of ＂one belt and one road＂ development and construction, the paper analyzed the strategic position of ＂one belt and one road＂ implemented by Heilongjiang Province and provided the key points to speed up the pro- motion on the construction on the passageway and frontier port infrastructures, the construction on the railway container center and logistics collecting and distributing base, the construction on the financial service platform and others. The paper held that under the present big background of the ＂one belt and one road＂ , the requirements of the resources type city would be a quick transformation and well transformation in order to realize a sustainable development of the resources type city.
