摘　　要：为实现水库管理的高度自动化、精细化与智能化并以此为目标,提出了宁波市白溪水库现代化综合管理信息系统的设计方案、系统架构与建设内容。系统设计方案将信息化管理融入到水库管理的各个环节,建立了统一的数据管理与信息集成平台,实现了信息的互联互通,并建立了完备的水库综合信息管理基础设施、业务应用系统及保障环境。对其它同类型水库现代化综合管理信息系统的建设具有借鉴意义。To realize the highly automated, meticulous, intelligent, accurate and scientific management of Baixi reservoir, the design of modern integrated management information system of Baixi Reservoir is researched. The architecture and construction content are introduced, the information technology is applied to all aspects of the reservoir management in the system design. A unified data management and information integration platform is established, so the share and exchange of the management information is achieved; the basic infrastructure, business applications system and security environment of comprehensive information management are established. The system design provides reference to the construction of modern integrated management information system of other reservoirs.
