专科护理干预在治疗膀胱过度活动症中的应用与观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨专科护理干预在治疗膀胱过度活动症(OAB)中的应用与效果。方法:选取OAB患者60名,随机、双盲分成对照组和研究组,每组30例,在治疗OAB过程中及治疗后的1年内,对研究组实施专科护理干预,与对照组(常规护理)在治疗效果、患者情绪及满意度对比研究。结果:两组1年后恐惧、焦虑、抑郁比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组间在患者满意度及治疗效果上具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:专科护理干预对临床治疗OAB有良好的促进作用。Objective:To explore application and effects of specialist nursing intervention in the treatment of overactive bladder.Methods:60OAB patients had been divided randomly and double-blind into two groups:the control group and the research group,30 patients per group.In the process of treatment of OAB and within one year after treatment,the specialist nursing intervention had been implemented for the research group,the regular nursing for the control group.Therapeutic effects,the patient emotion and the satisfaction had been compared between two groups.Results:One year later,there were significant differences concerning fear,anxiety and depression between two groups(P<0.05)and there were also significant differences in the patient satisfaction and treatment effects between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The role of specialist nursing intervention in the treatment of OAB is remarkable.
