摘　　要：西柏坡精神及其自信、果敢、自省、图强的特质,是中国革命和建设宝贵的精神财富,有着旺盛的生命力,在改革开放和现代化建设新时期,仍具有"转折之魂""制胜基因"的现实意义,对于由全面"建设"小康社会到全面"建成"小康社会转折的社会主义现代化建设、由国家"管理"到国家"治理"转折的党的执政能力建设、由重视"硬实力"到提升"软实力"转折的文化强国建设、由"规模扩张"到"内涵发展"转折的高校的文化建设均具有较强的方向引领和方法指导作用,展现出西柏坡精神及其特质历久弥新的真理品性和巨大的当代价值。Xibaipo Spirit and its characteristics such as self -confidence,courage,introspection and resolution are the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese revolution and construction. In the new period of reform and opening-up and modernization construction,they still have strong vitality as well as practical significance of the soul of “turning point” and the “winning gene”. Besides,the truth of the enduring qualities and great contemporary value of Xibaipo Spirit and its characteristics are demonstrated in the strong guiding role in leading the direction and method,which has concretely shown in the four aspects---the socialist modernization with the turn from the “building” of a well-off society in an all-round way to its “completion”,the Party＇s ruling ability construction by the turn from the nation＇s“management” to “governance”,the cultural power construction from the emphasis on “hard power” to the promotion of the “soft power”,and the cultural construction of colleges and universities by the “scale expansion” to “connotation development”.
