博洛尼亚进程中捷克高等教育学位制度改革

摘　　要：捷克为推进博洛尼亚进程,在学位结构改革过程中建立了"3+2"级学位制度,并在资格认证、教学质量评估等方面作了相应变动。由此丰富了原有学位结构,促进了捷克高校内部的变动和发展,高等教育质量得以提升,国际间的交流协作进一步深化。但在取得这一系列改革成效的同时,因传统教育理念和原有学制的阻碍,新学位制度受到了相当部分专家学者的质疑以及有关课程重组、教学质量评价等具体问题带来的挑战。To promote the Bologna process,the Czech Republic has established the “3＋2” level degree system,and made appropriate changes in qualification authentication,quality assessment and other aspects. Such measures have enriched degree structure,promoted changes and development,improved educational quality and deepened intercultural communication and cooperation. However,because of the hindrance of traditional concepts and system,the new degree system has been called into question,and the issues of course recombination and teaching quality assessment have been challenged.
