外周血T细胞亚群及IL-17、IL-10在原发性干燥综合征的表达

摘　　要：目的研究外周血T细胞亚群及IL-17、IL-10在原发性干燥综合征(pSS)患者中的表达。方法选取该院风湿科门诊或住院诊断的pSS患者89例,健康对照组选自该院健康体检者38例,用流式细胞仪检测外周血T细胞亚群及ELISA检验血清中的IL-17、IL-10表达水平。结果外周血T细胞亚群检测结果显示,pSS患者CD3+与健康人比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CD4+较健康人明显下降(P<0.05);CD8+较健康人极明显升高(P<0.05);CD4+/CD8+较健康人极明显下降(P<0.05);细胞因子检测结果显示,IL-17水平较健康人明显升高(P<0.05);IL-10水平较健康人极明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 pSS患者较健康人存在明显的T细胞免疫异常,患者自身存在炎性反应及缺乏对炎性反应的抑制功能。Objective The research the expression of peripheral blood T‐lymphocyte subsets ,IL‐17 and IL‐10 in primary Sjogren′s Syndrome（pSS） .Methods 89 patients with pSS diagnosed in the outpatient department of rheumatic disease or the inpatient department of our hospital were selected .And 38 healthy persons undergoing the physical examination were selected as the control group .T‐lymphocyte subsets were identified and classified by the flow cytometer .The expression levels of IL‐17 and IL‐10 in serum were detected by ELISA .Results The results of peripheral blood T‐lymphocyte subsets showed that CD3^＋ had no statistical differences between healthy people and pSS patients（P〉0 .05） ,the CD4^＋ level in the pSS patients was obviously lower than that in the normal persons （P〈0 .05） ,while CD8^＋ was extremely increased compared with the normal healthy persons（P〈 0 .05） and CD4^＋ /CD8^＋was extremely decreased compared with the normal healthy persons （P〈 0 .05） .The results of cytokines showed that the level of IL‐17 was significantly increased compared with the healthy persons （P〈 0 .05） and the IL‐10 level extremely decreased compared with the normal healthy persons （ P 〈 0 .05） .Conclusion Compared with the healthy persons ,the obvious immune abnormality of T‐lymphocyte exists in the pSS patients ,the patients themselves exist the inflammatory reaction and lack the inhibitory ability to inflammatory reaction .
