摘  要:甲醛是一种无色、具有强烈刺激性气味、易燃的气体,工作场所中甲醛一旦泄漏,很容易导致作业人员中毒,对操作者的健康影响极大。在对工作场所甲醛的职业危害调查、分析的基础上,建立了甲醛职业危害控制措施的指标体系。并利用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对各项控制措施的权重进行求解并排序。结果显示:职业卫生管理是影响甲醛职业危害控制的首要因素,其次是防护设施因素与作业人员因素,环境因素因素为末位。这为甲醛的职业危害控制工作阐述了重点,对加强职业病防治有一定的参考价值。Formaldehyde is a colorless, flammable gas with a strong pungent odor. Once the formaldehyde in the workplace leaking and workers can easily be poisoned, and it has a bad effect on the operator's health. Based on the investigation and analysis about the occupational hazards on workplace. Establishing the index system of formaldehyde occupational hazard control measures. Then, the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) was applied to calculate and rank the various factors' weight of countermeasures. The results showed that: occupational health management is the primary factor on controlling occupational hazards of formaldehyde, the follows are factors that protective equipment factors and operating personnel factors, environmental factors factor is the last. And it can put forward the key of occupational hazard countermeasures of formaldehyde on the operations personnel and have the certain reference value to enhance the occupational disease prevention.
