基于农户层面的农地整理对于农用地流转影响分析——以湖北省汉川市为例

摘　　要：研究农地整理对农户农用地流转行为的影响,对于完善我国农地流转制度以及促进农村农地经济发展意义重大。依据湖北省汉川市10个乡镇的248份农户调查调查问卷数据,运用Logistic回归模型,定量分析农地整理对农户农地流转行为的影响。研究表明:农地整理项目的实施对对农户农地流转行为产生一定的影响,其中农地整理状况的农田亩均灌溉成本对农地转入和转出行为具有负向显著影响,可顺畅排水的农田比重对农地转入转出行为具有正向显著影响;农田道路的通车情况对农地流转行为有正向影响,但影响不显著。Study on the impact of rural land consolidation for the behavior that farmerstransfer farmlandis significantmeaning on perfecting agricultural land transfer system andpromoting the econ-omy of rural. Based on the data of 248 household survey ques-tionnairesfrom 10 towns in Hanchuan, we use logistic regression model to analysis the impact of rural land consolidation on the behavior that farmerstransfer farmland. The results show that land-consolidation plays a certain role in promoting transfer. On the degree in which land consolidation affect the farmland transfer that farmers lead, the average cost of irrigating farmland per acreage has negative influence on it, while, the percentage of farmland draining away water smoothly gives the positive influence. And traffic situation of farmland road does not influence it.
