摘  要:为了探究三裂叶蟛蜞菊(Wedelia trilobata)和薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha)复合群落入侵对土壤化学和生物学特征的影响,比较了三裂叶蟛蜞菊和薇甘菊复合群落内外土壤p H、全氮含量、有效磷含量以及固氮菌、硝化细菌、反硝化细菌数量。结果表明,与三裂叶蟛蜞菊和薇甘菊复合群落外相比,复合群落内土壤p H、有效磷含量、反硝化细菌种群数量均显著降低(P<0.05),全氮含量及固氮菌种群数量却显著升高(P<0.05),硝化细菌种群数量无显著变化。土壤中全氮含量与固氮菌种群数量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与反硝化细菌种群数量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与硝化细菌种群数量无显著相关性。三裂叶蟛蜞菊和薇甘菊复合群落能够适应土壤微生物功能群改变和土壤磷素营养下降,可能是三裂叶蟛蜞菊和薇甘菊复合群落成功排挤本地植物实现入侵的原因之一。In order to study the effect of Wedelia trilobata and Mikania micrantha compound community invasion on local soil chemical and biological characteristics, the content of soil total nitrogen, available phosphorous,p H and the number of azotobacter, nitrifier, dinitrifier population were compared between supporting soils of W. trilobata and M.micrantha inside the compound community and outside the community. The results showed that the number of dinitrifier,available phosphorous content and soil p H of soil taken from W. trilobata and M. micrantha compound community significantly reduced(P〈0.05),whereas total nitrogen content and the number of azotobacter population dramatically increased(P〈0.05), and the number of nitrifier population did not change. The number of azotobacter population was found to be extreme significantly positively correlated to total nitrogen content(P〈0.01). However,extreme significant negative correlation was observed between the number of dinitrifier population and soil total nitrogen content(P 0.01). It was no significant correlation between the number of nitrifier population and total nitrogen content. W. Trilobata and M. micrantha compound community adapted to changes in microbes functional groups and the reason for soil phosphorus nutrition decline, which may account for W. trilobata and M.micrantha compound community successfully marginalized communities of native plants and intrusion.
