摘 要:为研究复合酸化剂对黄羽肉鸡消化和免疫器官的影响,选择1日龄黄羽肉鸡160只,随机分为4个处理组,每处理组4个重复,每重复10只鸡。各处理组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.0%、0.2%、0.5%、0.8%的乳酸、柠檬酸和富马酸组成的复合酸化剂的日粮,试验期为56 d。结果表明,在黄羽肉鸡日粮中添加复合酸化剂能提高十二指肠、空肠、回肠的相对长度,其中添加量为0.2%可显著(P<0.05)提高28日龄鸡的十二指肠相对长度,添加量为0.8%可显著(P<0.05)提高14日龄鸡的空肠及42日龄鸡的回肠相对长度;能降低胰腺和后期肝脏相对质量,其中添加量为0.2%和0.5%可显著(P<0.05)降低14日龄鸡的胰腺相对质量,添加量为0.2%可显著(P<0.05)降低56日龄鸡的肝脏相对质量;能提高脾脏的相对质量,其中添加量为0.2%和0.8%均可显著(P<0.05)提高14和28日龄鸡的脾脏相对质量;对法氏囊和胸腺的相对质量影响不显著(P>0.05)。可见该复合酸化剂对黄羽肉鸡小肠和脾脏的发育有促进作用。For studying the effect of compound acidifier on the digestion and immune organs in yellow-feathered broiler,160yellow-feathered broilers of 1 day old were randomly divided into four groups and feed with basal diet added 0.0%,0.2%,0.5% or 0.8% compound acidifier which composed of lactic acid, citric acid and fumaric acid for 56 days.The results showed that the compound acidifier could increase relative lengths of duodenum,jejunum and ileac of yellow-feathered broilers, decrease the relative weight of pancreas and late liver, and the relative weight of spleen, but had no significance effect on relative weight of bursa and thymus(P〉0.05).The relative duodenum length of 28 days old broiler was significantly(P〈0.05)increased when added 0.2% compound acidifier; the relative jejunum length in 14 days old broilers and the ileac length in42 days old broilers were significantly(P〈0.05) increased when added 0.8% compound acidifier. When added 0.2% or 0.5%compound acidifier, the relative weight of pancreas in 14 days old broilers was significantly(P 0.05) decreased. And the relative weight of liver in 56 days old broilers was significantly(P〈0.05) decreased when added 0.2% compound acidifier.The relative weight of spleen in 14 or 28 days old broilers was significantly(P〈0.05) increased when added 0.2% or 0.8%compound acidifier. It indicated that the compound acidifier had promoting effect on the development of small intestine and spleen in yellow-feathered broiler.
