摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取莲雾(Syzygium samarangense)花的挥发油,运用气质联用(GC-MS)技术对挥发油成分进行分析,并采用峰面积归一化法确定各成分含量。结果表明,共鉴定出33种成分,占总离子流出峰面积的99%。莲雾花挥发油主要有间异丙基甲苯13.38%,石竹烯氧化物11.33%,(1S-Z)-4,7-二甲基-1-[1-甲基乙基]-1,2,3,5,6,8a-六氢化萘9.73%,表双环倍半水芹烯8.27%,(-)-异丁香烯7.81%和绿花白千层醇6.68%。该结果可为莲雾花的进一步研究开发和利用奠定基础。The volatile oil in the flowers of Syzygium samarangense was extracted by water steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The relative percentage content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method. The results showed that 33 compounds from the volatile oil were separated and identified, which account for 99% of total volatile oils.The main chemical constituents were 1-methyl-3-(1-methylethyl)-benzene 13.38%,Caryophyllene oxidel 11.33%,(1S-cis)-1,2,3,5,6,8a- hexahydro-4,7-dimethyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-naphthalene 9.73%,(+)-Epi-bicyclosesquiphellandrene 8.27%,(-)-isocaryophyllene 7.81% and viridiflorol 6.68%.This results can provide a chemical basis for medicinal herb edveloping.
