技术联盟推动泉州物流产业集群发展的路径与机制

摘　　要：物流产业集群化发展是区域经济发展和其他相关产业集群化发展的要求。物流产业集群化发展依靠技术创新才能实现,在泉州物流企业规模小、经济实力不强的约束下,为降低物流成本、解决技术难题、提高物流效率,技术联盟应运而生。文章在对泉州物流产业集群模式研究的基础上,对物流技术联盟的产生及其效应做了详细的总结,对技术联盟推动物流产业集群发展的路径进行了分析,并结合泉州物流产业发展特点,对物流技术联盟的选择机制、分工机制及信任与监督机制提出了建议。The development of regional economy and other related industrial cluster development requires the development of the logistics industry cluster. The development of the logistics industry cluster relies on technological innovation. Because of the constraints of small scale and poor economic strength,the logistics enterprises allies to reduce logistics costs, solve technical problem and improve logistics efficiency.Based on the study of Quanzhou logistics industry cluster model,the author summes the effect of logistics and technology alliance, and puts a further discussion on how the alliance to promote the development of the logistics industry cluster,and after considering the state of Quanzhou logistics industry.At last,the author suggests some methods on building the selection mechanism, the division mechanism and supervision mechanism .
