飞来峡水利枢纽工程对北江航运的影响及效益分析

摘　　要：介绍了飞来峡水利枢纽的基本情况,阐述了飞来峡水利枢纽对北江航运的影响,分析了飞来峡水利枢纽的航运效益,评估了飞来峡水利枢纽在北江航运中的作用。飞来峡水利枢纽建成后,一方面对过坝船只有一定的阻滞影响。另一方面它渠化了库区航道,提高了局部航道等级;促进了船舶的大型化发展,降低了水运成本;疏通了枯水期下游塞船,减少了船舶停航时间。效益显著,作用突出。The basic situation of Feilaixia water conservancy project has been introduced , and the influence of Feilaixia water conservancy project on river shipping has been expounded .The shipping efficiency of Feilaixia water conservancy project has been analyzed, and the function of Feilaixia water conservancy project in Beijiang River shipping has been evaluated .After the completion of Feilaixia water conservancy project , on one hand , certain blocking effect have been made on the passing ships .On the other hand , because of the channelization of channels in reservoir area , the classification of local channel has been improved , the large-scale development of the ship has been promoted , the cost of transportation has been reduced; and the downstream blocking of the ship in dry season has been dredged , which reduces the time of the ship heave .
