摘　　要：本文为坏疽性脓皮病典型病例报告。在中医传统的六经、八纲、气血、脏腑等辨证方法指导下,以中药方剂内服为主治疗该病,同时结合现代医学抗感染、手术清创术以及营养支持治疗手段,获得相对满意的临床治疗效果。本文旨在通过对成功病例的回顾,总结治疗经验、探讨理论认识,进一步为中医辨证治疗相关疑难病证提供思路。This paper is a case report of gangrenous pyoderma （PG）.Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）theories,the six-meridian differentiation syndrome was primarily applied with the consideration of eight principles,qi and blood,and zang-fu viscera differentiation.Patients in the study received mainly herbal medicine,as well as antibiotics,surgical debridement and nutrition support,etc.This case report provided clinical experience on TCMtreatment principles and methods of PG in combination with modern medicine.It further provides ideas for syndrome differentiation and treatment of diseases such as ulcer and carbuncle in TCM.
