摘　　要：皮肌炎是一种病因较复杂的自身免疫性疾病,目前西医治疗的不良反应较大,中医治疗皮肌炎日益引起关注。本文试从皮肌炎的中医病因病机、证型分布及其与生化指标的相关性研究、辨证与辨病相结合及多种中医药方法治疗皮肌炎的近况进行分析、阐述。Dermatomyositis is an autoimmune disease with complicated pathogenic factors. The present western medical treatment for it has severe toxic side effects, and thus Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）therapy is drawing increasingly attention. This pa- per analyzes and expounds the following issues as regard to its pathogenic factors and mechanism, pattern distribution, studies on the relativity of its patterns and biochemical indicators, treatment based on the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease diagnosis, and various TCM therapies.
