摘 要:某大型石油库位于地下开采煤层的上方,由于受开采沉陷的影响,地面石油库必将受到严重的破坏。为保证石油库的安全运营,对石油库下开采沉陷进行了预测、建立了地表移动监测站、采取了必要的防护措施。实践证明,开采沉陷预测与实测结果基本相符,采取的筏型砂基垫层抗变形结构油罐基础、输油管道柔性接头等动应变防护措施安全可行,保证了煤矿生产的正常进行和石油库的安全运营。A certain large oil depot is located on the top of underground mining of coal seam. Due to the influ- ence of mining subsidence, the ground oil tanks will be severe damaged. To ensure the safe operation of oil tanks, mining subsidence under the oil tanks were predicted. Surface movement monitoring station is estab- lished as protective measures. Practice has proved that mining subsidence prediction with the experimental re- suits is basically consistent. The measures of taking the raft sand base cushion antideformation tank base struc- ture, a flexible pipeline joints and other dynamic strain are safe, which ensures the safety of coal production and normal library operations.
