城市高层住宅公共交往空间塑造研究——以徐州汉邦广场住区为例

摘　　要：高容积率的高层住宅在满足城市居民的住房要求,改善了居民的居住条件的同时,也存在着公共交往空间设计不合理的诸多问题,造成了居民人际交往淡漠、认同感缺失,本文结合徐州汉邦广场住区项目实践,分别从入户大堂,架空式底层,生态车库,三级物业管理等方面探讨了了改善高层住宅公共交往空间的设计策略。一方面改善住区的居住环境品质和公共设施服务水平,另一方面力求增强住区居民邻里感和归属感,改善邻里淡漠的社区现状。Although high-density of high-rise apartments has provided living space and improved living condition, they have also brought some inadequate contact space design, resulting to interpersonal indifference and the lack of the sense of identity. Combined with Xuzhou’s Hanbang Square Housing, this paper has discussed the contact space design strategy of high-rise apartments in terms of entrance lobby, bottom overhead space and the third-level property management, on one hand to improve the living environment and public services, and on the other hand to build a close neighborhood.
