摘　　要：本文通过对大连大学附属中山医院扩建设计的解读,阐明了历史性视角下的医院建筑创作思路、对策及处理手法;从总体规划、内部空间、外部环境三个层面阐述了人性化设计的理念及处理手法,解释了人性化设计是医院建筑设计中永恒的主题。This article interprets the design, countermeasures and management of the hospital architecture under the historical angle by analyzing the extension of Affi liated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University. It gives an account of the idea and management of human-oriented design from the site plan, inner space, and the environment. It also explains that the human-oriented design is the eternal theme of hospital architecture design.
