摘 要:菊科植物飞机草具有一定的鞣制性能,但仍存在着传统植物鞣剂增厚率太高、颜色深、收缩温度低等缺点。本文期望通过亚硫酸化改性克服上述不足。首先采用正交实验法对飞机草茎和叶提取物进行亚硫酸化改性,接着采用改性物处理酸裸皮,处理后的坯革颜色在浅黄棕到深黄棕范围变化,增厚率低于传统植鞣革,为5.0-6.7%,收缩温度可提高37益。采用改性物与铝盐结合鞣制,坯革收缩温度可达90益,基本达到无铬鞣革的耐湿热稳定性要求。研究首次获得了飞机草亚硫酸化改性物部分理化性质及其鞣制性能,可为进一步开发这种新植物鞣剂提供一些参考。The composites Eupatorium odoratum L. was introduced as a kind of tanning agent, however, it was of the typical disadvantages for vegetable tannins, such as over strong thickening, deep color and low shrinkage temperature. These shortages were expected to be avoided by sulfitation in this study. Firstly, the orthogonal experiments were designed to study the sulfitation, and then these products were used to treat pickled pigskins. As proved, the treated pigskins had a light color like yellowish-brown and 5.0%-6.7%thickening rate, which was lower than that of the traditional vegetable leather. More important was that the shrinkage temperature was elevated by 37℃. Subsequently, some modified products were exploited to treat pigskins in the presence of aluminum tanning agent, and the results showed that the shrinkage temperature was elevated up to 90 ℃, which could meet with the requirement of the chrome-free tanned leather. In a word, some physical-chemical properties were obtained for the sulfited products of Eupatorium odoratum L., which would provide some basis for developing the new vegetable tanning agent.
