摘　　要：目的：探讨股动脉-大隐静脉人造血管内瘘在血液透析中的应用及护理。方法回顾性分析并总结2012年1月至2014年8月在丽水市中心医院实施股动脉-大隐静脉人造血管内瘘的14例维持性血液透析患者的临床资料。结果14例患者中，血液透析使用股动脉-大隐静脉人造血管内瘘通路的时间为3~28个月，透析3次/周，共透析1500多例次，透析时血流量均达250~300 ml/min；其中12例患者使用上述通路至今，透析情况良好。结论细致周到的护理，有利于预防采用人造血管内瘘行血液透析患者发生血栓形成和感染等并发症，提高了透析效果。Objective To explore the application and nursing of femoral artery-saphenous vein artificial blood vessel fistula in patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Clinical data of 14 patients with maintenance hemodialysis underwent femoral artery-saphenous vein artificial blood vessel fistula was analyzed retrospectively.Results The application time of femoral artery-saphenous vein artificial blood vessel fistula in maintenance hemodialysis in 14 cases were 3 to 28 months,with 3 times per week,1500 times in total.The blood flow volume during hemodialysis was 250-300 ml/min and 12 cases were still using it,with dialysis in good condition.Conclusion The thoughtful nursing can effectively prevent the thrombogenesis and the incidence of complications,which ensure the effect of dialysis.
