摘　　要：目的探讨罗湖Ⅱ式腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术的手术护理配合。方法 2001年1月至2014年12月回顾性分析在深圳市第五人民医院治疗的192例先天性无阴道患者的临床资料,所有患者均实施罗湖Ⅱ式腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道手术。结果 192例患者手术全部成功,无并发症发生,且保持外阴完整。无一例患者因术前准备或术中配合不当而影响手术。结论手术室护士应注重对人体解剖知识的掌握,熟悉手术步骤,以及根据术式及要求提供手;术器械。Objective To evaluate operation nursing cooperation of colpoplasty with peritoneum under luo-hu type Ⅱ laparoscope.Methods Clinical data of 192 patients with congenital absence of vagina were analyzed retrospectively,and all patients were underwent colpoplasty with peritoneum under luohu type Ⅱlaparoscope.Results All surgeries were succeed with no complications and complete vulva.There was no influence of surgery because of the preparation or improper intraoperative coordination.Conclusion Operating room nurses should pay attention to familiar with the anatomic knowledge,being acquainted with the operation steps,and preparing the equipment under requests.
