摘　　要：目的评价Y形心外管道Fontan手术后近期血流动力学效果。方法2013年2月至2014年6月，采用Y形心外管道Fontan手术治疗5例功能单心室患儿。术后复查超声心动图、CT三维重建，应用锝-大颗粒聚集合蛋白肺灌注显像观察肺血分布。结果全组无死亡或Fontan手术管道拆除，无并发症。术后超声心动图结果满意，肺灌注显像观察下腔静脉血肺内分布理想。结论Y形心外管道Fontan手术可取得满意的近期外科治疗效果。Objective To study the postoperative hemodynamic results of Y type extracardiac conduit fontan operation. Methods Between February 2013 and June 2014 five patients with complex congenital heart disease underwent Y type extrac- ardiac conduit fontan operation Tomographic scan and echocaediogram, pulmonary computed blood scan perfused by TC-MAA were checked after operation Results There were no early postoperative death and no conduit removed. The results of echocae- diogram and Tomographic were satisfactory, the pulmonary perfusion imaging showed an appropriate distribution of blood blow of inferior venae cava. Conclusion Y type extracardiac conduit fontan operation may have a satisfactory surgical result. Y type extracardiac conduit fontau operation may be an ideal procedure for some selected patients.
