“爱心周末学校”对大学生思想政治教育的效能研究

摘　　要：以服务性学习理论为指导,通过创建针对贫困残疾家庭的助学公益平台,对大学生志愿者长期进行自我效能、成就动机以及职业认同状态的跟踪测量,以探索大学生思想政治教育工作新载体。通过对量表的数据收集、记录和分析,论证了"爱心周末学校"项目的效果,为大学生思想政治教育工作提供新思路。With the guide of the service learning theory,we create a welfare learning platform for college volunteers to help the disabled and poor families, track and measure the long-term self-efficacy, achievement motivation and professional identity status so as to explore the ideological and political education in the new carrier. Through the scale data collection, recording and analysis, this paper demonstrates the effi- cacy of the project ＂Love Weekend School＂ ,which provides new ideas for the ideological and political edu- cation.
