摘 要:细胞通过自噬-溶酶体途径降解老化的胞内成分或外来异物,在调节细胞代谢、维持细胞稳态和疾病发生发展中发挥着重要作用。秀丽隐杆线虫作为一种重要的模式生物,具有操作便利、遗传背景明确、易于观察且费用低廉等优势,近年来越来越多地用于自噬调控机制和自噬相关疾病的研究。本文对以秀丽隐杆线虫作为模式生物在感染性疾病、神经退行性疾病、缺氧缺血性损伤和肿瘤疾病等自噬相关疾病研究中的现状和进展作一综述。Intracellular components and foreign material may degrade through an autophagic-lysosomal pathway that plays an important role in the regulation of cell metabolism,cellular homeostasis,and the development of disease.Caenorhabditis elegans,an important model organism,has great advantages such as convenience of use,a clear genetic background,ready observation,and low cost,and C.elegans is increasingly being used to study the mechanisms regulating autophagy and autophagy-related diseases.Study of C.elegans as a model organism is mostly in the life sciences and medicine,where breakthroughs have been made.This paper reviews current advances in the study of C.elegans in diseases involving dysfunctional autophagy such as infectious diseases,neurodegenerative diseases,hypoxic or ischemic injury,and tumors.
