摘　　要：超声检查为我国乳腺疾病筛查的主要手段。有关乳腺超声分型的研究发现,分型与年龄、病变及乳腺的萎缩程度相关,受BMI、激素影响。最新的研究对3 445例女性的6 890侧乳腺的分析显示了超声分型与乳腺年龄的关系,提出确定乳腺的年龄是乳腺超声筛查的重要环节。本文将对乳腺的分型研究展开综述。It is a main screening means for breast disease by ultrasonography in China. It has been demonstrated that the breast ultrasound types is associated with age, lesions and the degree of tissue atrophy, which is affected by body mass index （BMI） and hormone. The latest research analyzed 6 890 breast of 3 445 patients, which showed the correlation between ultrasound types and the mammary age, it was important in screening programme of breast lesion. This paper reviewed the development of breast ultrasound types.
