摘 要:为了研究含瓦斯煤体自然吸水条件的渗吸作用,在自主搭建的试验平台上,研究了煤体在不同瓦斯吸附平衡压力下,自然吸入不等水量后的渗吸效应,并理论探析了渗吸机理。结果表明:含瓦斯煤样自然吸水后,煤样罐内压力自动升高,吸附态瓦斯被置换为游离态,验证了渗吸现象;在相同吸附平衡压力下,随着含水率增加,游离瓦斯增量和渗吸率均逐渐增大,在含水率2%~6%区间呈线性增加,随后增长梯度减缓,逐渐趋于稳定,表明存在极限含水率可使渗吸效应最强;在不同瓦斯吸附平衡压力下,煤样自然吸水的最大渗吸率趋于相等。试验验证了渗吸是利用煤体双重介质特性提供水分运移动力,水分强于甲烷的吸附能力进一步置换吸附态瓦斯,促进煤体瓦斯解吸,降低瓦斯含量。In order to study the imbibition role of gas-beating coal under natural water absorption condition, based on self established test platform, the paper had a study on the imbibition effect after natural absorption with different water quantity and under different gas adsorp- tion balanced pressure.The paper theoretically analyzed the imbibition mechanism.The results showed that after natural water absorption of gas-hearing coal samples ,the pressure within coal sample tank would be increased and absorption gas would he replaced by free gas.The im- bibition phenomenon was verified.Under the same absorption balanced pressure, with the moisture content increased, free gas increment and imbibition rate would be steadily increased,it would be increased in linear with moisture content in 2% ~ 6% and then the increased gradient slow down and would be steadily in stable ,which indicated the limit moisture content existed could make the imbibition effect at the best.Un- der gas different absorption balanced pressure,the max imbibition rate of coal sample natural water absorption would be equal.The test veri- fied that imbibition could provide moisture migration power with dual medium features of coal mass.The moisture absorption capacity was higher than methane,which could further replace adsorption gas, could promote gas desorption of coal and could reduce gas content.
