摘 要:为满足用户在矿用挖掘机整机设计中经常更新关键部件设计参数的需求,开发了矿用挖掘机可重用设计系统。通过对挖掘机部件结构功能的分析,提炼出重用部件。应用UG NX的参数化设计方法和数据库技术进行二次开发,构建了重用部件数据库及参数化设计系统。解决了传统设计中,设计变更繁杂,设计周期冗长的难题。该系统具备菜单式登陆界面,模块化设计平台,参数化三维绘图与可视功能,可实现界面直观,操作简单的应用效果,方便于产品的设计与研发。In order to meet the requirements of the frequent replaced key components design parameters applied in the completed design of the mine excavator for the customs, a reusable design system of mine excavator was developed. With the analysis on structure functions of the excavator's components, the reusable components were refined.The second development conducted with the UG NX parameteric design method and the database techonlogy, the reusable component database and the parameterie design system were established.The problems that frequent and complicated design changes and long design period existed in the traditional design were solved.The system with a menu login interface, modularized design platform, parameteric three dimension drawing and visualfunction could realize the direct visualized in- terface, the application effected of the simple operation and be favorable to the product design and development.
