摘 要:在介绍铰接式胶轮车结构的基础上,阐述了铰接式胶轮车采用前桥驱动和双桥驱动2种不同驱动方式时的特点及使用工况。建立了不同驱动方式下的满载原地转向力学模型,利用虚位移原理得出不同驱动方式下的静态转向阻力矩计算公式,并对WC8E(B)铰接式胶轮车在不同驱动方式下的静态转向阻力矩分别进行了测试。结果表明,计算值与试验值基本一致,且双桥驱动时的静态转向阻力矩远大于前桥驱动时的相应值。此结论可为其他铰接式胶轮车驱动方式的选择以及转向系统的设计提供参考依据。Based on an introduction on structure of articulated rubber tyre vehicle,the paper stated the features and application perform- ances of the articulated rubber tyre vehicle when front axle driving mode or double axle driving mode was applied.A full load pivot steer- ing mechanics model was established under different driving mode, virtual displacement principle was applied to have calculation formula of static steering resistance torque under different driving mode and a test was conducted on the static steering torque of the WC8E (B) ar- ticulated rubber tyre vehicle under different driving mode.The results showed that calculation value and test value were the seam basically and static steering resistance torque under double axle driving was higher than the relevant value of the front axle driving. The conclu- sion could provide the reference basis to the driving mode selection of other articulated rubber tyre vehicle and the design of the steer- ing system.
