川东北经济区实施创新驱动发展战略实践研究——以四川省达州市为例

摘　　要：实施创新驱动发展战略是达州建成川渝鄂陕结合部区域中心城市和川东北经济区核心增长极的重大战略举措.达州实施创新驱动发展战略的实践成效明显,但也存在创新意识不强,对创新驱动重视不够;创新投入不足,创新条件有待改善;产学研用分割,协同创新程度低,创新机制建设滞后;企业创新愿望不强能力偏低等突出问题.必须多措并举、标本兼治,才能把创新驱动发展战略不断向纵深推进.The innovation- driven development strategy is a great measure that helps Dazhou achieve the central city in the area which combines Sichuan, Chong, Hubei and Shaanxi and the core growth pole in the economy region North- eastem Sichuan. The strategy helped Dazhou achieve great, but a lot of work needs to be done. For example, the awareness of innovation is weak, the investment of innovation is short, the research and industry is separated, the associated innovation is low, the mechanism of innovation lags behind and the desire and ability of innovation from the films is weak. For that, it is necessary to adopt multi-measures and administer thoroughly. Only this can the strategy be advanced in depth.
