摘  要:目的探讨男性年龄与精子染色质结构完整性及精液常规参数的影响。方法选择男科门诊不育患者100人,依据年龄分成2组,小于40岁的青年组和大于40岁的中年组,分别观察两组患者的精液常规参数、精子形态学分析及精子染色质结构的完整性(DFI)。结果两组精子总数及形态学分析无明显差异,中年组的精子活力明显低于青年组,青年组精子染色质的完整性明显优于中年组。结论男性年龄的增大明显降低男性的生育能力,精子DNA完整性是评估男性生育能力的有力指标,高龄拟生育二胎男性应常规进行精液常规分析及DFI检查,发现异常及时处理,减少配偶异常妊娠及TTP等。Objective:To investigate the effects of advanced age on standard sperm parameters and sperm DNA integrity. Methods:Based on age,the infertile males were divided into two groups such as younger group(﹤40 years)and older group(≥40 years). The main outcome measures included sperm DNA fragmentation index(%DFI,using sperm chromatin structure assay),total sperm number,motility and morphology. Results:Total sperm number and morphology were not significantly different in these two groups. the prevalence of high levels of sperm DNA damage(% DFI)was significantly higher in older compared to younger men. progressive motility(%PR)was significantly higher in younger compared to older men. Conclusion:Advanced paternal age can significantly reduce fertility. The advanced couples should consider sperm DNA testing and the conventional semen analysis. Abnormal pregnancy and the time to pregnancy were notablely reduced.
