摘　　要：高职院校经过长期的技术与知识的积累,已经渐渐具备科学研究能力和实力。而高职院校科研管理部门需要以此为创新的契机,利用创新的科研管理工作,引导正确的科研方向,促进高职院校科研发展,逐步展现自身优质因素,成为提高高职院校科研工作的新动力。After the long -term accumulation of knowledge and techniques,higher vocational colleges have the ability to con-duct scientific research.Thus management departments in higher vocational colleges should make use of innovation to guide and promote scientific research.They can also gradually show their characteristics and become the new incentive to scientific re-search of higher vocational colleges.
