摘　　要：高等教育自学考试助学班,是一些普通高校和民办学校的特殊组成部分,也是其中最难管理的部分。学生素质参差不齐,"唯创收,忽视助学","唯文凭,忽视就业",等等,既是助学管理难以逾越的障碍,又是阻碍自考助学质量提升的不良因素。增强办学责任心,将立德与树人有机结合,加强老师和辅导员队伍建设,深化助学班管理改革,提高自考助学质量,是新形势下对自考助学的新要求。College self - study examination tutorship class is a special part of some ordinary colleges and universities and private schools, and is also the most difficult part of the management. Students^quality is uneven, ＂emphasizing revenue, ignoring the students＂, ＂ emphasizing diploma, ignoring the employment＂ are not only the student management insuperable barrier, and hinder the ministry assistance quality improvement of adverse factors. It can enhance the sense of responsibility of running, the organic combination of khalid and ents, strengthening the construction of teacher and counselor team. And we will deepen re- form of the self - study examination tutorship class management and improve the quality of take an examination of student. It is a new requirement of the ministry assistance under the new situation.
