摘 要:针对船舶机舱在管理中出现的监控盲区问题,研究了机舱监测设备系统功能、监控特点后,对机舱重要设备的有效管理进行了归纳,开发了一种基于小型移动设备的无线数据采集系统,设计在短距离内用无线数据传输来代替有线传输,给船舶机舱设备提供更多方便可靠的监测方式。在采集数据时,设计可以迅速地将所采集到的数据传送到附近的小型移动设备中,尤其适合于不能直接采用有线连接传送数据的监测场合。系统在锅炉蒸汽温度监测上进行了有效的运用和试验。试验结果表明,该设计能实时监测机舱监控设备的各项运转参数,能够实现温度、压力监控、液位测量等多项功能,设计实时性强,准确度高,满足机舱值班人员对蒸汽温度监测的要求,具有良好的可行性和现实意义。Aiming at monitoring blind engine room area problem in the management, functions of the engine room equipment monitoring sys- tem, control characteristics were studied, the effective management of important equipment cabin was summarized. A wireless data acquisi- tion system was provided, which can make the transmission through wireless rather than wire in short range. During working the wireless data acquisition system could send date to small mobile device quickly while collecting the data, especially suitable for the monitoring site which is hard to connection with wire. This system had been applicated in boiler steam monitoring system. The results indicate that it has the char- acter of instantaneity and accuracy which can meet the requirements of monitoring on boiler steam temperature. In the end, the wireless data acquisition system based on Bluetooth 4.0 has technical feasibility and realistic significance.
