甩手运动配合缩唇腹式呼吸对COPD稳定期患者的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨甩手运动配合呼吸锻炼对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)稳定期患者康复效果的影响,为COPD稳定期患者肺康复锻炼提供科学依据。方法将COPD稳定期的病人90例,随机分为三组,每组30例。观察1组采用甩手运动联合缩唇腹式呼吸;观察2组采用缩唇腹式呼吸;对照组按常规自主锻炼。观察患者肺功能FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC;PaO2(氧分压)、PaCO2(二氧化碳分压)、SPO2(脉搏血氧饱和度)、6MWT(6 min步行试验)、COPD患者生活质量等指标的改变情况。结果三组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论甩手运动配合缩唇腹式呼吸,能改善COPD稳定期患者的肺功能和提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of hand-swinging exercise plus pursed lip breathing in the rehabilitation efficacy of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）, and to provide the scientific basis for their pulmonary rehabilitation exercise. Method 90 patients with stable COPD were selected and randomly divided into three groups, 30 cases in each one. Hand-swinging exercise plus pursed lip breathipg was adopted in observation group 1; Pursed lip breathing in observation group 2; Conventional and independent exercise in control group. To observe the pulmonary function （FVC, FEV1,FEV1/FVC） changes in patients, and other index changes： PaO2 （arterial partial pressure of oxygen）, PaCO2 （arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide）, SPO2 （pulse oxygen saturation）, 6MWT （6 minutes walk test） and QOL（quality of life） in patients with COPD. Result There was significant on comparing with three groups （P〈0. 05）, especially in the differences between observation group 1 and control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Hand-swinging exercise plus pursed lip breathing can improve their pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with stable COPD.
