摘 要:基于研制使用温度高达1200℃耐热铸钢的目的,通过化学成分设计,使用中频感应炉冶炼,研制了一种铁铬镍稀土耐热铸钢以及在其基础上分别加铝2wt%、4wt%、6wt%的三种耐热铸钢。通过金相显微镜、X射线衍射和扫描电子显微表征以及Gleeble热模拟机,研究了这4种耐热铸钢的显微组织、结构和高温力学性能。结果表明:铁铬镍稀土耐热铸钢的组织为奥氏体+碳化物,含铝耐热铸钢的组织为铁素体+碳化物+金属间化合物;在含铝耐热铸钢中,含6wt%的耐热铸钢的高温屈服强度和高温强度最高。Based on the purpose of developing a heat-resistant casting steel which its service temperature of 1200 ℃,by chemical composition designing,RE Medium Carbon Fe-Cr26-Ni13 heat-resistant casting steel and on this basis,three kinds of heat-resistant casting steel,such as 2wt Al%,4wt Al%,6wt Al%,were added separately,which were melt and cast in medium fequency induction furnace. The effects of Al addition on the microstructure and high temperature yield strength,high temperature compressive strength were researched by using metalloscope,X-ray diffraction,scan electron microscope and Gleeble thermal simulation machine. The results show that the microstructure of RE heat-resistant Fe-Cr26-Ni13 steel is austenite and carbides. The microstructure of Al heat resistant cast steel is ferrite+carbide+intermetallic compounds. High temperature yield strength and high temperature compressive strength of the heat resistant cast steel containing 6wt%Al are highest.
